As technicians with over 30 years in the appliance maintenance and repair industry, and having served thousands of customers, sadly we found that there were no companies out there that provided the full line of service needed under one roof to ensure the continued safe operation of a dryer along with it's repair.

A second service outfit was always required to tidy up the vent systems. Many needed repairs were directly caused by issues pertaining to restricted or no airflow. Having to set a second appointment for another separate service, before our customers could use their freshly fixed appliance, was never an easy thing to explain. We hated having to do it.

For this reason, "DrySafe Vent Cleaning" was founded. We want to remove the extra delay, expense and feelings of helplessness we had all witnessed in the past. We seek to provide all of your laundry solutions with a single call. Allowing you to get back to normal everyday life as soon as possible.

When we arrive, we will listen to what you have to say about the problems you are having. The inspection and diagnosis of your current dryer issues is next. Before starting any repair, we'll discuss what was found, give an estimate and allow you to decide the course of action.
 

We will be able to clean the entire vent from the back of the dryer to the exit point outdoors. We will be able to clean any build up of lint and dust inside the machine. And, if any repairs are needed, we'll be ready and able to complete those too.

We'll let you know if we notice any issues with your washer, we've worked on those for years as well. Fill hoses are as neglected as often as venting. They don't usually start a fire, but flooding your basement can happen if they burst.

Washer repairs are something we're also ready to tackle if needed.
In the event a part needs to be ordered, we'll do our best to get it the same day, if at all possible. Please understand though, sometimes a wait is unavoidable.
